The palate is full with ripe fruit and cassis flavours, elegant and well structured with French oak influences, and a persistent finish. This wine is a true expression of the terroir and shows the quality of the fruit grown in the Figtree vineyard. 100% Cabernet Sauvignon. Aged 20 months in French oak. Mount Barker, Western Australia.
